Are you a sales professional with leadership experience? Would you like to drive a global and strategic agenda, leading a team of specialists to develop Key Account Management globally for the LEGO Group? Set the agenda and direction for sales development and drive the execution Stepping into the Global Customer Marketing department, you lead and motivate a team of 5 sales development specialists. With a 3-5 year perspective, you set direction at strategic level and develop best practise processes, templates and capabilities across all markets. In doing so, you will also serve as sparring partner to top management, guiding them in how to develop our sales force. Your responsibilities include: Establishing a systematic way of building Account Management capabilities and driving strong training through the LEGO Sales Academy Developing and driving a global space and category management strategy Ensuring best practice sharing and relevant training for all markets in Customer Business Planning processes, scorecard analysis and in developing and following go-to-market strategic directions Segmenting our customers and markets and develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with lead markets Stakeholder management, in relation to your team members, external partners and consultants as well as LEGO Specialists delivering Academy training You will be based at our headquarters in Billund, Denmark, yet the global nature of your work takes you travelling 50-60 days per year. Outgoing and flexible sales professional with leadership experience To challenge global markets to align processes, share/build best practises and create commitment across business units as well as facilitate that colleagues happily follow your ideas and deliver, the key to your success lies in maintaining a feel of what is happening in our global sales units.
