Would you like to ensure first class HR Business Partnering for the Group Executive Vice President and the Management team in Business Development? In Grundfos, HR is a focus area under development that is of great importance for the entire organisation. The overall HR goal is to ensure that the HR Agenda is delivering improving Organisational Performance to Business Units. The new Director, HR Business Partner will be part of the Business Development organisation reporting to the Group Executive Vice President for Business Development, who is part of the Group Management team. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As Director, HR Business Partner you will have the main responsibility for providing HR Business Partnering to the Management team in the Business Development organisation. A core task is to ensure that business strategy and plans are translated into value adding HR plans and you will be custodian of Grundfos’ values. You will lead and develop the HR Business Partner team in Business Development, which includes two HR Business Partners, who will be reporting to you. As an active member of the Global HR Management team, you will represent Business Development and contribute to the overall HR strategy and HR Business Partner best practice. This is a unique and newly established position in an innovative and financially strong company that is culturally driven by making the world a better and more sustainable place. The importance of this role is significant since you are a sparring partner to Group Executive Vice President for Business Development and other high level managers. Thus, in this position you will be able to make a difference to the business. The position will be based in Grundfos’ headquarter in Bjerringbro. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You hold an academic degree within HR combined with solid experience and several years as a business-oriented HR Business Partner at a high level from an international company. You are able to ensure business-oriented partnering, through your strong business and HR insight, interpersonal skills and your ability to build trusting relationships. You have strong influencing and coaching skills. You are proactive and able to transform strategy into action. By challenging, advising and partnering with the managers you secure an increased people and organisational performance in the area. You know how to cooperate with engineers and managers at a high management level. Excellent communication skills are important and you are fluent in spoken and written English.
