Overall responsibility for execution of strategic IT projects You will be overall responsible for the execution of projects within Corporate IT, Business Enabling. We develop and maintain the LEGO Group's IT systems across business areas. We are in the middle of implementing a large, comprehensive Business Intelligence programme that together with a broad range of other interesting projects will involve you and your 15 Project Managers. To be able to deliver world-class solutions and secure high business satisfaction, you staff the projects and issue clear guidelines for your Project Managers. Your specific responsibilities will include to: - Secure project deliveries according to the application platform and agreed specs - Handle the project organisation, planning and resource allocation - Draw up business cases and realistic project estimates - Manage the steering committee and other project stakeholders - Handle risk and scope management and to report on progress - Lead the cost management activities - Define the roll-out strategy - Secure deployment and anchoring You inspire and engage your staff and play a leading role in the development of the Project Management function. Ambitious and motivating leader with project management status You hold a Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar. You have already proven yourself as a motivating and inspiring leader with stamina and the power to turn obstacles into successful solutions. And you have successfully headed large IT projects that involve numerous stakeholders.
