In this role you will have the responsibility for the overall experience of the product in terms of both design and user experience. You will be responsible for the strategic decisions in the design of the product, as well as the management of the design team. To be successful in this role, we expect that you are passionate about digital design and UX and are not only familiar with, but have contributed to the development in the field. You are able to articulate a clear vision both internally, as well as, externally and empower your team and others to drive this vision. Responsibilities •Own the overall visual vision of the product •Be the main decision-maker on user experience •Participate in Product strategy planning •Drive cross-team projects, as well as, projects across the platform as a whole, i.e. unify the design and UX across the different parts of the product •Manage and support our design-team - a mix of UI, UX and UI-developers •Own recruitment and stakeholder management for the design-team •Run cross-department design sessions (primarily between marketing and R&D) and contribute to the development of the brand Requirements •Extensive experience with developing concepts and strategies for digital design •Extensive experience with user experience - a user-centric approach to design •Ability to be hands-on and execute while keeping the overall vision and strategy in mind •You are dedicated and inspirational and love to share your passion for good design •Excellent people and presentation skills •Project-management experience •Understanding of how frontend development works is a plus What We Offer •The opportunity to be part of a skilled, super-dedicated, and extremely ambitious team with years of experience within software and web development •A self-driven and high-performance culture •Open, informal and multinational working environment with a flat hierarchy •High responsibility and excellent career possibilities •Lunch, drinks and healthy snacks daily •Working at a central location in Copenhagen, the startup hub of Northern Europe At Falcon Social, we help employees become active digital thinkers.
