We are experiencing a substantial growth in our business and want to attract an ambitious and engaged director of digital marketing to drive our business strategy. Digital Marketing The director of digital marketing is responsible for managing our digital channels with the main responsibility of planning, developing and executing the global digital marketing strategy, define KPI’s and build digital marketing excellence. You will get a chance to play a leading role within our international marketing department where the main responsibilities include: Optimization of performance across digital marketing channels Development of effective new online acquisition strategies and campaigns Online media planning and handling (PPC) and coordination with agency and local partners Creating email based CRM programs together with local companies to maximize return using customer lifecycle programs Device best practices for digital marketing across the group and secure implementation of this Ideally, you possess outstanding leadership skills with the ability to drive our group to digital marketing excellence while sustaining a high level of motivation in the group. We do not offer staff responsibility but we give you the opportunity to have a hands on approach, and at the same time be on top of digital solutions, trends and technologies to keep the group on pace with market leaders. We expect app. 30 days a year of travels. Are you our new colleague? You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree within the areas of marketing, business development or similar but more importantly, you have a record of accomplishments covering both lead generation and conversion. Likewise you have a profound understanding of digital behavior and solid knowledge of digital marketing best practices. With 5 years of managing international digital projects, involving stakeholders from multiple countries you are well prepared to drive our digital marketing strategies around the world. You are comfortable working in an international environment and communicate, argue and present your opinions in a strong and convincing way.
