Implement, drive and manage Strategic Workforce Planning As director of Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), you become part of the newly established People, Insights & Planning (PIP) function within our People, Operations & Development (PO&D) organisation. Here, we focus on building people analytics and business intelligence capabilities to get real insights that will guide our people strategy in the future. Our aim is to provide a more coherent reporting structure, embedding SWP into the LEGO organisation, creating an improved user experience for our platforms and systems, and building capabilities for at digital workforce. Using your aptitude for informal leadership, you are responsible for: - Owning the methodology and coordinating the process of implementing a global SWP approach - Leading the analysis of our Workforce Plan and identifying skills/competency requirements in the organisation - Developing Workforce Planning scenarios, collaborating with our Learning & Development and Recruitment functions to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address organisational needs - Educating functional leads and PO&D partners on the new program, standards and initiatives - Participating in other strategic projects within PO&D in close collaboration with the VP of PIP and the SVP of PO&D Help us inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow Our organisation offers a supportive network and team structure, as we believe in the power of collaboration. Based in Billund, Denmark, you will collaborate in particular with the others functions in our PO&D organisation, as well as with colleagues from across Learning & Development and Finance. You can expect this position to take you travelling approximately 60 days a year to our global hubs and manufacturing sites. Experienced planner with strong analytical skills This is a truly global role which requires solid stakeholder management skills, as you will be talking to leaders across borders and functions. Your main challenge will be to help get the project off the ground in a way that takes into consideration the balance between speed in implementation and a high quality in our solutions. Thus, our new methodologies should be absorbed in our current system while simultaneously creating change. To succeed, you have: - Several years of functional experience with designing and implementing SWP in a global company - and a background within demand planning or similar areas is considered an advantage though not a prerequisite - A master´s degree in business administration or equivalent - Excellent stakeholder management skills which you have developed through working with senior stakeholders at executive level - Experience using SWP as a critical strategic lever in the transformation of both the wider company and HR organisation in particular - Great communication skills, and you speak and write English effortlessly Bringing it to life "The LEGO ambition is to reach 300 million children by 2032.
