Join Corporate Facility In LEGO Corporate Facility, we have real estate properties valued at several billion DKK and we need to continuously develop these properties to maintain and increase the asset value over time. In this department, we coordinate, support and align this effort which includes setting the direction and conducting audits for local facility organisations as well as leading facility management of LEGO Hubs. You will be based in Billund, Denmark or Shanghai, China. Lead your team and corporate with facility organisations As Director, Property Management, you will be part of the Corporate Facility Leadership Team and head a department of around 10 dedicated professionals and together you provide direction and support to local facility organisations. This includes cooperating with global competence centers and other local facility organisations as well as collaborating and negotiating with local public authorities and venders. Your main focus will be on increasing the value of our real estate assets by making recommendations and requests during the building phase as well as afterwards during the maintenance and operation of the buildings. Thus, you make sure we support and follow global rules, processes, procedures and standards and at the same time, you create alignment and make sure best practices are shared across the organisation to ensure positive outcomes in all real estate, facility management and LEGO Hubs projects. A key challenge will be to make sure that the audits and guidelines you convey are followed. You need to get all relevant stakeholders on board and drive improvement processes through your team and colleagues on different locations around the world. Property Management or Facility Management Professional with excellent people skills You have a relevant degree in Economics, Science or similar and at least a few years of experience with real estate management, facility management or related field. Solid people management and distance management experience is also required. You speak and write English at a very high level. As a person, you are independent with an international mind-set enabling you to lead people from different cultures. With your strong people management and stakeholder management skills, you are able to drive processes forward creating alignment while motivating your team to perform at their very best.
