Carlsberg Group Treasury is seeking a Treasury Director to join and head up our Front Office Team. Group Treasury is globally responsible for funding and managing liquidity, financial risk and working capital for the Carlsberg Group. We are a team of 12 (9 in Copenhagen, 2 in Switzerland and 1 in Hong Kong) and we work together with all parts of the Group as well as major banks around the globe. Our Front Office team consists of 2 highly capable and motivated individuals. They have the day-to-day responsibility for hedging, cash and liquidity management and for providing related services to our subsidiaries. Our values. Demands are high and opportunities great. Your tasks are many and diversified. As team lead in Front Office your role is to coach, lead and challenges the team in delivering superior results. You will separately be responsible for the planning and execution of financial hedges, financing and other corporate finance related matters for and on behalf of our Eastern Europe subsidiaries. Finally together with the VP Treasury you will be responsible for driving the planning and execution of funding initiatives both in the bank and bond market. Professional qualifications: • You have a master’s degree in Finance • Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience from the corporate sector and ideally also the financial sector • Proven track record within all major areas of Treasury Management and Corporate Finance • Fluent in English both oral and written Apply for the position.
