Do you have the drive to be the coordinating and communicative link for a major healthcare product? Do you want to improve processes and ensure that our customers get the best solutions? If so, then we have just the job for you.

You will optimise and be responsible for the troubleshooting process

As a dispatcher, you are the bridge between our support unit and ten development teams working on the Columna Cura medical record system. Together with the test manager, you will be responsible for coordinating operating errors to ensure the optimal solution from the appropriate development team. You will maintain an overview of all the errors reported and will communicate with the various development teams in order to implement the troubleshooting process. In other words, you will ensure that our customers get the best possible service. In your work, you will put your mark on Columna Cura, the next generation of medical record systems. Columna Cura provides healthcare and social care professionals with an up-to-date overview of their tasks so they have more time for individual citizens. You can look forward to working behind the scenes as you optimise and take responsibility for the troubleshooting process for a product that is currently undergoing rapid growth.

Your duties will include:

• Ensuring that the errors reported are added to the correct internal flow
• Participating in the Change Control Board
• Optimising the troubleshooting process
• Providing support at the first, second, and third CCB levels

Your job will include working across borders with colleagues in Romania and Ukraine.

Independent and organised dispatcher 

We expect you to have a relevant technical background and a few years of experience working as a dispatcher in a similar company. The most important thing for us is that you have a solid technical understanding of developing, implementing and operating software. In other words, you do not need to know how to write code provided that you understand and can supply the technique.

Additionally, your qualities will include:

• Experience in coordinating errors
• Knowledge of large multinational organisations that operate in a variety of locations
• An ability to communicate and cooperate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
• An ability to see the bigger picture and manage sometimes stressful situations
• A passion for optimising the troubleshooting process and delivering high quality solutions
• An ability to work on your own in a structured manner

And finally, you must be fluent in written and spoken English.

Knowledge of ITSM systems such as Cherwell and Jira are an advantage, but not a requirement.
