Job ID: 230034 Location: Vejle Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power – http://www.siemens.com/windpower Mode of employment: Full time For our Project Management & Sales Excellence department in Vejle, Denmark, we are looking for a Division Coordinator to actively contribute to the development and improvement of the Project Management culture within the Division Wind Power. What are my responsibilities? Organise workshop and conferences for the Division program for development of Project Managers Identification of potential candidates for Project Manager certification in close collaboration with the Market Units and HR Facilitate the Project Manager Certification Process in close collaboration with the Market Units and Human Resources Preparation of the quarterly Division reporting and respective gap analysis Maintain the Competence Framework for Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and Project Directors Development of Competence Framework for other Core Project management roles (such as the Commercial Project Manager, Work Package Manager, Construction Project manager) Lead and contribute to strategic projects to implement requirements deriving from the PM guide especially topics in the area of competence management, certification and leadership Ad hoc tasks such as creating job profiles in close collaboration with Corporate and Competence Management team, facilitating the certification process and holding meetings with the candidates. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a Masters Degree in e.g. Economics, Human Ressources, Business Administration, Strategy, Organization and Leadership You have basic knowledge in the Project Manager methodology “PM (at) siemens”. Furthermore you have experience in creating guidelines as part of Governance work Experience in facilitation and preparation of workshops and / or events is required As a person you are initiative, creative and detail-oriented. You are a team player and you are able to handle different stakeholders and cultures. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
