Our client, Nets, is looking for a new Customer Representative in their new department ‘Retention’ - the position is permanent. 

Nets is a large company working with payment solutions. The customers that you will be working with are customers in Denmark and Norway. You will therefore be speaking both Danish and Norwegian. The tasks will only be within B2B, and will consist of:

• Customer retention  • Taking calls from customers • Expanding the existing accounts • Contacting existing customers • Building customer relations
