As Domain Architect you are covering a whole/complete business domain in Nordea across countries and channels. You are working in a top-down and business centric way focusing on commonality. This is a great opportunity from a career development aspect and the possibility to work with some of the best people practising Domain Architecture. We are looking for a person who will remain with us ensuring continuous improvement in this area for several years. You will build up a logical architecture vision and a common language shared by all stakeholders. You will use this to align with Product owners and Business CIO to provide a strategic view (and some predictability) on the backlogs for the agile teams in the domain. The position we offer Capital Impact provides applications and services to optimise capital allocation in Nordea. As a valued partner we deliver on the top prioritized business investment themes including balance sheet optimisation and process efficiency. Capital Impact is responsible for supporting the following business services: •Provision & Loss •Debt Collection •Collateral Management •Limit Management •Balance Sheet Management analysis You will be involved in several ongoing and upcoming initiatives in these areas, and as a Domain Architect in Capital Impact you: •Take an active part in developing high level business goals, requirements and Business Architecture together with Business Architects. •Drive the development and documentation of high level Application, Technology and Transition architecture with Business-, Solution-, and Information Architects and involving a number of other stakeholders. •Guide and review mapping of the domain target architecture to existing applications in the different countries. •Support Product Owners in using the domain architecture for release and sprint planning. •Guide and review physical Solution Design by heading architecture decision meetings in the Capital Impact IT Architecture Group. •Take an active part in architecture networks. •Support the Capital Impact Business CIO in idea maturation, portfolio planning, funding, cross domain coordination and communication tasks. The qualifications you need The domain has many stakeholders ranging from Developers, over Solution Architects to Product Owners and Business Specialists. It is important that you have the ability to find the right level of communication to these various stakeholders. You cover the full business domain so it is important to work with architecture at an abstract level but at the same time not be afraid to go into details when needed. We further believe that you: •Have experience in structuring and documenting architecture on a logical level as well as improving methods and ways of working. •Are a skilled driver and can coordinate the architecture work within the domain. •You have experience with enterprise architecture, service-oriented architecture, agile development, business intelligence and data warehousing. •Experience from the financial industry, especially Retail Core Banking, is a must. •Should have an IT-foundation and an interest in technologies that will enable you to understand, guide and review the work of more technical architects. •Have a deeply rooted understanding of how and when to use different architect roles and how they should work together.
