Working with committed leaders and colleagues, your job is to pave the way for optimal value creation by initiating continuous improvements. Your main place of work will be in Søften. Drive improvements across a production environment As part of the Supply Chain Operations team, you will launch initiatives that seek to increase productivity, strengthen performance and create a strong culture of continuous improvement of the value streams in our supply chain. More specifically, you will drive analysis, advisory services, specification and complex problem solving just as you will set goals and establish results according to agreed objectives. A large part of your job will also be: •Ensuring quality, quantity, methods and timetables •Contribution to development of production technology •Training employees, supervisors and managers in applying LEAN tools and adhering to standards •Coaching and challenging supervisors and managers through a change process Manufacturing expert or ambitious engineer with change management skills You could be an experienced manufacturing expert or an ambitious engineer who is up-to-date on TS16949. In any case, you have change management skills from driving projects, and you take a burning interest in applying your knowledge and skills to implement improvements in a production environment. To be successful, you must possess a high level of energy and drive and thrive in the role as initiator and consultant.
