Key Responsibilities As Drilling Engineer, you will be part of a team which is responsible for supporting our operational teams during critical phases of the operation and provide support during well control situations. Maersk Drilling wish to increase the company’s wide understanding of our Customer’’s needs and you will be an important part of providing that perspective. Your main responsibility will therefore be to provide the Operator’s perspective on drilling operations. Maersk Drilling is always pursuing ways to further integrate and meet the Customer’’s needs in our daily operations and you will be a key part of that. Who we are looking for You have 5 years’ experience with offshore drilling operations with focus on well planning as well as offshore execution. Most likely you are Drilling Engineer with experience from later generation drill ships or semi submersibles. If you are a newly graduated Petroleum Engineer with a strong drive that would also have our interest. You have a keen interest in drilling operations and equipment and the optimization of such. Finally, you are skilled at managing change and constantly looking to challenge the norms to do things better.
