On behalf of our client Miinto in Copenhagen, we are looking for a service minded customer supporter who are very fluent in speaking and writing Dutch. Moreover, you would like to be part of a team of committed young people. They excel in fabulous customer service via email or telephone to the Dutch and Nordic markets.
Your main responsibilities will be to solve Dutch customer issues via telephone or e-mail concerning online ordering, deliveries etc. You will also to some extent should be able to help Dutch fashion shops with their backend systems.
Your skills
This position requires that you have an outgoing personality, have a positive attitude and an efficient working style. You are able to handle high speed and many tasks at a time. It is important that you can act independently, take initiative and think out-of-the-box in order to find good solutions for your customers.
You are familiar with the MS Office products and are good at IT in general.
You are fluent in the Dutch language and have a sound knowledge of English. If you know Danish, it could be an advantage but it is not necessary at all.
The company offers
A full time position (37 hours per week) in this growth company with a tremendous good team spirit and many social activities for young people. You will of course get the appropriate training in their IT systems, way to handle customers etc.
