Do you want to work closely with our key retail customers on the Nordic Benelux Baltics (NBB) market in implementing e-commerce programmes across their websites? This is an opportunity to use your skills in online marketing to win in this growing and important channel in the LEGO® Group. Convert global e-commerce strategy into actionable local initiatives You will ensure that our market delivers a best in class LEGO® Online shopper and consumer experience. Working closely with our Key Account Managers (KAM) and retail partners, you will guarantee a strong LEGO® Experience. This involves: - Implementing the global e-commerce strategy, programmes and initiatives at key retail customers on the NBB market - Securing set-up and implementation of e-commerce projects directly with customers and their web teams, including product presentation, campaigns and other marketing initiatives - Preparing a game plan for the implementation and subsequently rolling this out with KAM - Driving e-commerce capability building and facilitating best practice sharing among KAM and Marketing - Travelling with KAM to meetings with retailers and internal meetings approximately 30-40 days per year Help ensure the best LEGO Experience Working in the LEGO Group you apply your ability to think logically and creatively on an everyday basis to come up with ideas that are new, surprising and valuable. Your recommendations will influence how the LEGO Brand is perceived on the websites of our key retailers on the NBB market, thus ensuring another great LEGO Experience. We achieve extraordinary things because we enjoy what we do. So will you. This position is Billund, Denmark based, but you may also choose to be located in Stockholm, Sweden or Brasschaat, Belgium. Successful online sales experience You will be challenged on your ability to translate global e-commerce strategies into local initiatives. In order to succeed, you must be the expert that helps KAM with that task, and therefore you: - Most likely have a master's degree within Marketing or other relevant commercial education - Know what it takes to drive a successful e-commerce business - Have a strong track record with 2+ years of experience working with e-commerce, giving you a full e-commerce toolbox, an understanding of the technical aspects and good web analytic skills - Have combined your e-commerce experience with 2+ years of KAM or trade marketing experience, so have you a commercial mind-set that enables you to challenge KAM and Retail partners - Are an exceptionally strong communicator, who can explain complex issues so people understand them and get on board - and you are fluent in English Join the global family of LEGO® In the LEGO® Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Community.
