To bring our high-quality products to a global market, our sales teams and partners need professional, easy-accessible online training, which we now seek to take to the next level together with our new E-learning Specialist.

Being part of this journey from the very beginning will allow you to have a significant impact on the new set-up all along the way from requirements, implementation, change management and training until the operational phase where you’ll be the conductor of our new Learning Management System integrated into Salesforce Sales Cloud.

 

Building an innovative e-learning platform from scratch

In your role you will be the first and therefore key person to building up our E-learning tools. You will primarily design the structure of our online learning solution, and collaborate with vendors to develop and deliver on the content. For this you draw on your experience with learning technologies and learning trends in a professional market and the online learning industry.

 

Besides building the technology structure, you will also be in charge of developing and scripting training content, how to videos, webinar calendar etc. For this you align with our sales organization on training needs and ensure that our trainings fully engage our partners and end users in an innovative and effective way. We also imagine some simulation exercises and quizzes complementing the online learning modules – what do you think? In any case, all learning materials have to comply with our branding guidelines, have to pass quality testing and be evaluated once the pilot and later the final solution are deployed.

 

As our new E-learning specialist, you will join the adventure of Sennheiser Communications, in a dedicated commercial excellence and digital marketing team within the wider Global Marketing team.

 

This role will be based at our office in Ballerup where you will refer to the Head of Commercial Excellence.

 

Personal qualifications and competencies

In order to be successful in this position, it is crucial that you have following professional skills:

• Project Management experience and technical awareness and understanding
• 5+ years of experience with developing creative and engaging online courses
• Experience in LMS (preferably ViewTrac and LearnTrac by Appinium)
• Proficient in the use of Photoshop, preferably with a working knowledge of CSS and HTML5
• Experience with video production and blended learning solutions

 

On a personal level, you possess excellent planning and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail. You have a creative and innovative approach and an ability to engage learners using ideas such as gamification or similar. You keep up to date with learning trends, learning technologies and the online learning.  You communicate in an open, direct and convincing way, and can liaise with customers at all levels. Lastly, your future colleagues will benefit from your professional mind-set and sense of humor.
