Are you ready to make a difference, and put your project management skills into action? Can you perform in a complex environment with multiple priorities and many stakeholders at all levels in an organisation? We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Engineering Change Management(ECM) coordinator to join the newly established Service Operations organisation.

You will be responsible for a vast portfolio of smaller projects and tasks (Engineering Change Management) within the Global Service organisation. You will manage the projects and tasks during the entire Vestas value chain, from initial request to final implementation, in order to meet specific market requirements and increase Vestas overall competitiveness.

The department Service Solutions is a part of the Vestas Service organisation. We are currently expanding the organisation with highly qualified employees.

The department is responsible for delivering service solutions on All Brands enabling the service business within Vestas to fulfil its ambitious, strategic targets. The service solutions vary from parts & repair over maintenance concepts to product improvements like component life extensions, optimizations of performance and cost-out initiatives. The department holds the design responsibility for service/aftersales solutions on the products no longer being manufactured.

We are responsible for delivering innovative solutions to ensure highest possible value to Vestas customers in the service business.

The team is located in different geographical locations and is expanding to meet the demand of a growing and challenging business.

Responsibilities

As an Engineering Change Management (ECM) Functional Lead in Service Solutions, you will be the one point of contact for Service Solutions in creation and follow up on ECR's and ECO's related to Service Solutions tasks and projects. Further you will also be responsible for the entire Service ECM area and facilitate and drive the change requests on existing Service products. You will be responsible for creating awareness of the ECM Process throughout the entire Service Business Unit to ensure a common "best practice" when it comes to Engineering Change Management. Moreover, you will be responsible for reporting to management on monthly basis. We expect you are able to;

• Prioritize all incoming requests in alignment with the key stakeholders around the world
• Drive the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, closure and evaluation of requests with stakeholders across the world
• Lead, drive and execute feasibility studies (technical feasibility/resource & budget estimation as well as commitment) to ensure that the requests are introduced and integrated in the most cost efficient way throughout the Vestas Value Chain
• Maintain overview and report to management on risks and general state of the project portfolio
• Ensure value capture and lessons learned on projects

Qualifications

• You hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. or an MBA - either in Engineering combined with a commercial education or relevant commercial experience - or in Business/Economics combined with a Technical education or relevant technical experience
• Has preferable an acknowledged certification (Prince 2, IPMA, PM or similar)
• Preferably you have some years of experience with the wind industry or with Business-to-Business project management in a global organization
• Understanding of a wind OEM's product portfolio, business model, business drivers, and value chain is an advantage.
• Is familiar with standard MS software and as well MS Project (Server edition)
