We are now looking for an action oriented and customer focused eCommerce Account Manager to Royal Canin Nordics (Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland).

Royal Canin is looking for:

As an eCommerce Account Manager you will have full end-to-end ownership of a customer portfolio consisting of Nordic pure player customers and will be held accountable for Consistent delivery against key sales and profitability KPIs. You utilize internal expertise and resource as well as external relationships to establish Royal Canin as preferred category partner towards Nordic eCommerce customers within Special Pet Trade and Veterinary area. You will be responsible for business performance monitoring, reporting and optimization, sales forecasting for own customer portfolio. You will also be responsible for creation, negotiation, and end-to-end execution of winning customer business plans including promo and visibility as well as Creation and active sharing of customer insights within the Royal Canin business

Royal Canin encourages taking initiative and you need to be curious, solution-oriented, result driven and enjoying the identification of new opportunities. It is desired that you are proactive and has a strong ability to handle tough and challenging consumers in a professional and resilient way.

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• 2-3 years of customer facing experience in Sales, Account Management, Trade Marketing or Category Management
• Experience within eCommerce and/or consumer goods (FMCG) is a strong asset
• Fluency in English as well as one of the Nordic languages is required, fluency in Finnish is an asset

As a key member of a small team, you will have the opportunity to influence and shape future ways of working within the team as well as cross-functionally to ensure future proofing the organization for market dynamics as well as agility in leveraging market opportunities.

You will also have opportunities to actively participate in a growing European network of functional experts.

The position is located in Ørestad, Copenhagen.
