For Service Wind Power we are looking for an EHS Coordinator to manage and coordinate the EHS activities related to our Danish offshore sites. Specifically, you will be responsible for the environmental health and safety activities on our Anholt site but will also be expected to assist other Danish offshore sites as well as actively contributing to the further development of our policies and procedures. Consequently, you will spend most of your time in Grenaa and the rest on other sites or at the Service headquarter in Brande. What are my responsibilities? · Coordinate EHS inspections of Danish Off-Shore Service sites according to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards in liaison with Operations and Site Manager. This responsibility includes conducting EHS Performance Audits among our sub-contractors · Coordinate and manage accident/incident investigations and ensure accident/incident events are reported, progressed and closed using Siemens’ IT tool (called KRIMA) · Ensure legal compliance in technical documentation, operating procedures and work activities in cooperation with the BU and country specific requirements · Implement, review and update EHS plans, risk assessments, work instructions and method statements for the Off-Shore Service Sites in Denmark · Give EHS advice, direction and training to colleagues and management. Furthermore actively contribute to the continuous improvements within the EHS area. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You hold knowledge of Quality Management Systems and are familiar with EHS management, legislation, processes and procedures. Ideally you have experience from the wind industry, but your EHS experience may also stem from a similar company within another high risk industry or the production industry. · You have excellent communication and presentation skills. I.e. we expect you to be able to read and write in-depth EHS Reports and communicate with Customers, Legal Authorities and Technicians in Danish as well as English · You have an analytical mindset and a structured way of working. · You are familiar with the most prevalent IT-applications (e.g. Microsoft Office and the like) In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
