For our Quality Excellence and EHS department within Business Excellence in Operations Nacelle we are looking for a Strong EHS Engineer preferably with experience in working with EHS. The department is part of the quality and EHS organization and is the foundation for an increasing focus on Quality & EHS Improvements. What are my responsibilities? Your main responsibility will be supporting the organization within EHS safety culture and Tap root investigations. Furthermore; · Creating synergies between Quality and EHS on methods, procedures and processes within Platform Quality & EHS department. · Implementing EHS standards, processes and procedures. · Contributing to the development and implementation of the EHS strategy. · Contributing to the development of Risk Accessments methods. · Supporting and aligning with other Siemens Wind Power EHS functions and regions. · Participate in training the organization within EHS. · Create and understand statistical materials and reports. · Zero Harm / Zero Defect Culture ambassador. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have an engineering or technical education combined with experience from a project organization within the wind or construction industry. · You have knowledge about management systems according to ISO 9001/14001/18001. · You have solid experience within EHS investigation techniques/tap root investigation. · As a person, you are outgoing, decisive, proactive, change oriented and is result orientated. · You have a structured approach, work well with processes, and are able to stand firm with your principles. · You possess excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in English and Danish, both orally and in writing. · Besides this, you have the ability to interact at all levels in a dynamic environment. · As a person you are strong-willed and you thrive with a fast pace in your projects and possess the drive to succeed. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
