- for critical EHS support and operational assessment of our global offshore projects Job ID: 172782 Location: Vejle Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power – http://www.siemens.com/windpower Mode of employment: full time We are looking for an EHS Implementation Manager for the global Offshore EHS department to build and maintain a unified approach to EHS. You will be based at our new competency center in Vejle, Denmark. What are my responsibilities? In your role as Implementation Manager you will support the project manager in ensuring that overall EHS performance on various projects meets expected standards. Furthermore, you will from time to time act as direct support to the EHS coordinator in connection with e.g. complex accident investigations and safety campaigns. More specifically your main responsibilities will cover: • Facilitating and assisting in process compliance audits on the projects • Develop EHS solutions for our offshore projects in close liaison with other regional Implementation Managers • Liaising with other SWP business units to ensure and improve implementation • Monitor and analyze incident data to manage Safety Alerts and vital Lessons Learned information • Driving the implementation of new procedures and enrolling of new systems and IT applications What do I need to qualify for this job? You have experience with operational EHS and knowledge of international HSE rules, regulations and industry standards. In addition you possess auditor skills and experience on an internal auditor level. As a person, you have a sharp analytical sense and approach to complex problems, which you bring into play when coordinating and mobilizing resources across different project groups and parts of the organization. Finally, you have excellent communicating skills both orally and in writing, and are able to drive demanding processes in an international environment. If you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
