For our Blade production plant in Engesvang, Denmark, we are looking for an experienced and self-driven EHS officer, with reference to the local EHS manager. What are my responsibilities? As part of the local EHS team and in cooperation with local production management and working environment organization you will be · Facilitating and conducting risk assessments. · Evaluating and supporting EHS related questions arising. · Reviewing and approving corrective actions and ensure they are implemented. · Communicating lessons learned from investigations. · Lead investigation on accident and investigations. · Develop training material. · Training of employees. · Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with legislation. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a relevant background and 3+ years of experience from a similar position, ideally from the wind turbine or construction industry. · You have a knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. · You have a valid driving license. · As a person you are proactive with good analytical skills, and you have an open-minded approach to people and new ways of thinking. · You thrive in a multicultural and international environment and are capable of interacting professionally across all organizational levels. · Furthermore, you are a skilled communicator with excellent English skills both orally and in writing, and you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office.
