For our EHS organization in Service Wind Power we are looking for EHS Culture Program Facilitator to drive the Just Culture / Zero Harm Culture and ensure inclusion of Human Performance aspects in risk management, incident investigations, information strategy etc. We define Human Performance as the analysis of the processes that underlie the acquisition, maintenance, transfer, and execution of skilled behavior. The position as Zero Harm Program Facilitator focuses mainly, but no solely on the domain of the operator. What are my responsibilities? · Facilitate our Zero Harm Culture Program by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and providing expert advice on processes and systems as well as on strategies, standards, policies, and support tools · Manage human performance aspects in projects and develop practical strategies, standards, policies and support tools. · Develop and deliver training on human performance enabling employees at all levels to identify and correct potential human errors by adjusting or changing behavior, tools, tasks, and operating environment as well as underlying systems, processes, and procedures. · Promote and support human performance in the risk management process, incident investigations, risk assessments etc. · Identify key areas of potential improvement and develop strategies to support continuous improvement in human performance, reduction of the impact of human error, and prevention of undesirable events. · Contribute to education packages, guidance material, and safety communication and assist BU management in developing Management Stands. Considerable travel activity must be expected. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You can demonstrate experience from well accomplished cultural projects, change management projects or similar, preferably from a high risk industry, e.g. aviation, oil and gas, health care. · You are able to interact with employees at all levels both as individuals and in groups in a dynamic, multicultural, and highly complex organization. · You hold the right mix of leadership, team and cooperation skills. You are well versed in conducting presentations and trainings, and are familiar with a varied set of coaching techniques and apply them in your daily work.
