Arbejdsbeskrivelse: Dit arbejde vil primært bestå af følgende funktioner:
Affalds håndtering, reparationer af fejl og mangler i vores lejemål, pasning af udearealer, vedligehold af kælderrum, nøglehåndtering i forhold til vores eksterne håndværkere, servicering af vores lejere, pasning af varmecentral, Synsopgaver i forbindelse med ind/udflytning, forefalden arbejde i vores ejendomme, trappevask og rengøring af flyttelejligheder mm.
Vi forventer at du har erfaring fra lignende job samt håndværksmæssig snilde. Håndværksmæssig uddannelse foretrækkes. Du er bosiddende i København eller omegn Du er fleksibel med dine arbejdstimer, og er villig til at arbejde i weekender. Stillingen er sat til 37 timer ugentlig.
