Are you specialised in heavy current and do you have a solid experience in high-voltage systems? Would you like to work with other highly trained specialists in an international and developing company? The Modification Projects department at Semco Maritime A/S in Esbjerg is looking for an electrical engineer to program relay protection and communication systems in high-voltage systems. Job: You will be part of a highly specialised group of technically employees dealing with consulting, designing and dimensioning of high-voltage systems within wind, oil and gas. The position includes travelling as the department is involved in high-voltage projects in both Denmark and abroad. The Modification Projects department is located in Esbjerg and Herlev. Responsibilities and tasks: You will be involved in large and small – short- or long term – projects within: •Planning, design and dimensioning of protection in high-voltage systems •Programming and parameterisation of relay protection •Programming of RTUs •Project management high-voltage assignments Professional qualifications: You have a relevant degree in power engineering and solid experience in the supply or power field, wind turbine sector or similar within some of the following areas: •High-voltage stations from 10 to 420 kV •High-voltage components, cables and distribution boards •Instrument transformers and relay protection, communication and SCADA/RTUs Your profile: You are able to immerse in technically difficult tasks and issues and have a structured and thorough approach. You are the entrepreneuring type who thrive on being busy and participating dynamically and open-minded in the company’s development and various projects.
