Location Valby Organization Name Fabric Filter Department Professional Area Electrical Engineering Department Description Electrical Engineer with International Flair - Fabric Filter Department Brief Description FLS Airtech is looking for an Electrical Engineer with international flair to fill a position in the Fabric Filter department. We take care of all systems related to our filters; therefore, we are looking for a profile with a broad knowledge within many aspects of electrical engineering and development. The position will be based in Copenhagen and you will work closely with your colleagues both in Denmark and abroad. Detailed Description Coordinating International Projects As an Electrical Engineer at FLS Airtech, you will be working in an international environment, handling a variety of different projects concerning the electrical installations on and around our filters. You will be involved in projects that vary in size and complexity – from simple equipment supplies to complex turnkey supplies. Your job includes: · Handling Fabric Filter projects from sales quote to on-site commissioning · Specification for and coordination of electrical equipment · Participating in project meetings and commissioning of the electrical installation · Managing international vendors for control panels, PLC systems, motors, frequency converters etc. · Making electrical documentation, including single-line diagrams, cable lists, consumer lists etc. You will be responsible for specifying the scope of the work and coordinating the electrical erection work, which will be carried out by local companies. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing hardware for the Controllers, thus knowledge of electronic hardware design and programming is an advantage but not a requirement. Job Requirements Combining Technical Expertise with Networking Ideally, you are a certified Electrician with an engineering or similar degree or an Electrical Engineer. We are looking for a candidate with knowledge of and interest in control and regulation. You understand basic instrumentation, electrical motors and motor control panel designs, and you are used to working with PLC control and SCADA systems. We use SEE Electrical, AutoCAD and MS Excel for documentation, so knowledge of this software will be an advantage. In your work, you enjoy being creative and innovative, always striving to find the right solution for the individual project. Furthermore, you enjoy applying your technical expertise while planning and designing for the various projects. You understand how to create lasting relations with key stakeholders both internally and externally, and you enjoy working across borders. Much of your work will be performed internationally, and you can foresee 60-90 yearly travel days.
