About the Position
For our Technology Industrialization department, we are looking for an Electro Mechanical Engineer to support on a wide range of components and processes. The focus will be on our in-house build Direct Drive generator and its components, for our offshore wind turbines. This include trouble shooting and design optimization through sourcing of components, assembling and testing of our generators. Components in focus are permanent magnets, segmented stator, busbars, cables and other associated components
What are my responsibilities?
- Supporting electrical, rotational and Partial Discharge test of complete generators
- Specifying accept criteria for manufacturing
- Providing technical knowledge to other departments
- Drive systematic analysis on manufacturing quality and lead improvement initiatives
- Support supplier qualification
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- You have a Bachelor or a Master degree in the electrical or electro mechanical area
- Some years of work experience will be an advantage but we also welcome newly graduates
- You possess good communication skills and strives in a global dynamic environment
