Would you like to work with IT, support and customer service? Do you speak Finnish fluently and are able to work in Copenhagen? Then you might just be the right candidate for Elgigantens Helpdesk!
As a technical advisor you will become part of Elgigantens helpdesk-team located in Ørestad, Copenhagen. Your tasks will consist of receiving incoming calls from Elgigantens Finnish customers, that have questions with their computer, TV, phone etc. You must provide technical support by phone and/or forward the inquiry to the manufacturer.

Elgiganten seeks candidates that:
- Have a general interest in IT
- Are stable and patient
- Have no difficulty speaking to different people and thrives in a team
- Are fluent in Finnish and preferably speak Swedish as well
The opening hours at Elgiganten is from 09:00-17:00 monday - friday and saturday from 10:00-17:00. You would have to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
The Salary is 134 DKK/h (18 €) plus a bonus, where you can earn up to 3500 DKK pr. month (471 €)
