To our R&D Department in Siemens Flow System in Nordborg we are looking for a dedicated Senior Software Developer. With reference to the Department Head of Software you will be responsible for developing, designing, testing and documenting the embedded software we develop for our current and future flow products. You collaborate closely with our System- and Software Architects to understand the requirements for the products and to enable you to implement it. As part of the Software development Team you will have the opportunity to work with a very talented and professional team. What are my responsibilities? To design, implement, test and document embedded software. To ensure close and smooth cooperation with System and Software Architects, Hardware, Software and mechanical engineering specialists and external researchers across our global Siemens organization. To follow up on your Software design in the development cycle (V-model). What do I need to qualify for this job? -You have a M.Sc.in Software Engineering with a focus on embedded and real-time software. - You probably have solid experience in developing software, knowledge of numerical analysis and physics. - You have experience with UML, C\C++, Configuration Management tools and SW test automation. - Experience with Functional Safety Design (SIL) and knowledge of communications protocols would be an advantage. - You are fluent in English spoken and written. - You possess business understanding and know why processes are necessary. - You are self-driven with excellent cooperation skills. - You are able to work cross functionally, and you thrive in an international environment.
