Can you take our employer brand to the next level? Join us and become Employer Brand Consultant in our Recruitment department, where we are responsible for the Group's talent acquisition activities. In addition to recruiting new employees, we define employer branding strategies and execute them together with colleagues from around the organisation. Furthermore, we are responsible for the Group's graduate programme, office trainee programme and diversity activities. The department is part of our Group functions which cover Group Support, Group Finance & Services and Group IT. In Group Support, we focus our efforts on supporting the entire business and ensuring that the company works as a professional, reliable and responsible company. You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility You will be responsible for developing and maintaining employer branding strategies with primary focus on Denmark. You will engage with agencies and develop employer branding concepts in cooperation with colleagues from your own department and Corporate Branding. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •organise internal and external events •coordinate communication via selected channels •ensure a well-coordinated approach across our business units •collaborate closely with our communication departments. Your profile You have a relevant master's degree and extensive experience with employer branding from either a large organisation, an agency or a consultancy firm. You have a strategic mindset combined with a 'hands-on' approach to executing specific activities. As we operate in an international environment, it is essential that you speak and write English fluently. You are strong at building good relations with colleagues and external stakeholders. You are structured and data driven in your approach to branding, and you have a proven record of accomplishment.
