Engineer, Lubrication and Sealing Systems (158203)

For the main bearing team in our Engineering Department we are looking for a new colleague to join our international team of highly skilled engineers. Our new colleague is already able to take full ownership of lubrication and sealing systems focusing on the main bearing application and furthermore support other applications in the turbine – if not we wish for him/her to develop in to this role. The responsibility includes specifying and validating supplier products as well as contributing to high quality system designs. What are my responsibilities? Define base for safe guarding optimum system design and material selection Undertake/lead test and research programs to document system performance Create and update system specifications Review supplier designs and suggestions Be key technical contact point for relevant sub suppliers Be solution owner for sealing and lubrication systems in product development projects What do I need to qualify for this job? You are a mechanical Engineer within either mechanical transmission, hydraulics, mechanical design or maybe polymer You have a special interest in lubrication and sealing systems You are eager to learn and develop within this field of expertise Preferably you have experience within this area, but this is not mandatory You are an excellent communicator and well structured In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
