For our Engineering Change Management (ECM) Team within the Technology Department we are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious ECM Specialist. As an ECM Specialist you will be owner of the ECM process, including Process Governance. You will be responsible for system development and maintenance, procedure and instructions development, formalization and implementation. What are my responsibilities? · Operational execution of ECM workflows · Facilitation of board meetings for approval of changes · Act as the face of the department towards our stakeholders · Work with process improvement through hands on experience from daily operations · Continuous improvement of system and tools for ECM What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have an educational background within process/business development, communication, and/or administration combined with system knowledge or similar · You are a system specialist and have a proven track record of system administration · You have excellent coordinating skills · You have a structured approach to your work and you excel in planning, keeping an overview and following up · You are proactive and pursue developments within area of responsibility · You are extrovert and out-going – and you are an excellent networker and communicator · You possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
