To further strengthen NNE Pharmaplan’s Engineering Management, we are looking for an engineering manager with GMP experience, who is eager learn and to participate in the development of our future, trendsetting projects. The Project management department consists of 50+ highly skilled engineers who have considerable experience and knowledge within execution of multidisciplinary and multicultural green field projects and rebuilding/shut down of projects. Project Management focuses on steering the project towards the defined goal via strict planning and management of the project process. Our project managers are moreover trained in value-based management thus encouraging the project organisation to strive towards optimum performance and focusing on team building, stress and communication as well as ongoing coaching and studies of the company climate. Your job As an engineering manager you will be assigned to large and complex projects in the pharma and biotech industries as a member of the project management team. You will be responsible for specification of engineering activities, technical scope definition and scope management, and for leading review and verification activities to ensure cross-disciplinary consistency and compliance with NNE Pharmaplan's Methods & Systems. You will receive extensive on-the-job training working closely with an experienced Senior Engineering Manager, as well as specific internal Engineering Management courses. Your qualifications •Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering. •Minimum 5 years of experience with facility design and construction. •Knowledge of and experience from the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, food or chemical industry. •Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (English). •You are result-oriented and have a well-structured approach to your work •You have a personal drive and are passionate about your work Your professional pride includes excellent assessment capabilities that make you apply your personal expertise to the fullest possible benefit of the project team and its overall target.
