In that case you could be our new EHS partner! We are looking for an ambitious and highly skilled professional to take up the position as our new Environment, Health & Safety Partner in Biopharm Business Support. About the department Biopharm is an organisational unit in Novo Nordisk Product Supply and we are responsible for the manufacturing of a range of products across multiple geographical locations. The position is located in Biopharm Business Support where we are app. 50 people, responsible for logistics and planning of raw material purchasing, management of Biopharm economy, EHS and IT, facilitation of the overall Biopharm business strategy and for driving of launches and strategic projects. The job Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Support, you will be dedicated to and responsible for EHS work across the SVP area. In your role you will act as an advisor to the management of Biopharm and as such you will be responsible for ensuring that Biopharm meets Novo Nordisk’s environmental and occupational health and safety policies and targets. More concretely you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the strategy, the target setting and KPI reporting process. An important part of the job is to be responsible for and successfully drive the coordination of the EHS VP coordinators at the local sites, in securing an effective implementation of the strategy at the production sites. It is also part of the role to gather input and drive the agendas of the production sites towards the central functions. In addition you will prepare and participate in internal and external audits, follow up on non-conformities and generate ideas for optimization. Qualifications You hold a relevant Master’s degree with strong results and have a proven track record from years of successful work in either Line of Business or Corporate Functions. You have a strong personal drive, good interpersonal skills, is analytical and have a structured way of working. With your natural skills in communication, stakeholder management you ensure successful strategy executing and promote the EHS agenda throughout Biopharm.
