Would you like to join Ramboll ENVIRON in developing its international environmental portfolio and become a key player in implementing our environmental projects on an international arena? Join the Department for International Project Management You will join a team of international consultants and project managers responsible for acquiring and managing projects within both the environment and energy sector. We work in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural environment with a high level of collaboration across divisions in the Ramboll Group. Our clients primarily comprise of International Financial Institutions (IFIs) such as the European Commission (EC), European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD), Danida and the European Investment Bank (EIB). We currently are implementing projects in a number of countries including Macedonia, Romania, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Nigeria. Responsibility Your role as an Environmental Engineer will be to work with your colleagues in acquiring, implementing and managing projects within municipal infrastructure e.g. waste, district heating, wastewater treatment. Your involvement will primarily entail: •Preparation and management of feasibility studies •Preparation of priority investment programmes on behalf of international financial institutions •Project implementation unit support •Procurement e.g. preparation of tender documents •Client liaison and business development Your Profile You should have a master’s degree in environmental engineering or equivalent with 5 – 10 years’ experience in preparation of feasibility studies, preferably on behalf of international financial institutions. Our ideal candidate is a team player and have: •Strong knowledge of municipal infrastructure – waste and district heating in particular •Experience in development and management of feasibility studies including technical, economic and environmental appraisal •Strong understanding of procurement procedures e.g. FIDIC •A proven communicator with ability to establish and foster close relations with clients •Ability to develop new business and prepare tenders •A desire to work internationally and willing to travel extensively •Fluency in English a necessity, fluency in Danish an advantage Working at Ramboll To work at Ramboll means being part of a people organisation.
