The number of people with diabetes is increasing dramatically and therefore we need to build a brand new insulin plant in Hillerød. The new plant will be ready in 2019, employ 450 employees and our goal is to create the world’s best filling plant with the newest technology. We need people with a pioneer spirit who like to build something completely new. About the department The quality department in the project is responsible for setting up and maintaining the Quality Systems, Quality Assurance during construction, qualification and release of Aseptic products. We are also responsible for Regulatory Approvals and purchasing, qualifying and implementing equipment plus processes for the Environmental Monitoring and Cleaning for the new facility. The quality department will have 3 teams: Quality Assurance, Quality System and Environmental Monitoring. Each team will consist of 2-4 people in the beginning - growing to 5 -10 people. The job You will be part of Environmental Monitoring team and together with the rest of the team you will be responsible for the entire implementation of the Environmental Monitoring set-up including Clean Utility. This includes equipment purchasing and validation. The team will work closely together with the vendors, the engineering partner and the other teams in the project. Qualifications You are trained as a laboratory technician or similar technical training and have solid experience from the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, you have experience with one or more of the following areas: Environmental Monitoring, Clean utility, aseptic production, purchasing and implementation of production equipment or validation of production equipment and processes. You are expected to understand English since this is the corporate language.
