Would you like to join a multi-disciplinary team developing and constructing offshore platforms? Join us as EPCI Offshore Project Manager in Offshore Substations and help us implement large offshore wind projects in Northern Europe. Together with your colleagues, you will head the development and implementation of our future wind projects comprising a wide range of various types of offshore platforms. Offshore Substations is part of Wind Power, which is a large business unit in DONG Energy and has 1300 employees. We are the world's largest developer of offshore wind power and have exceptional competences within all fields of offshore wind technology, and you will be joining a large engineering group of more than 300 engineers. Our project portfolio comprises several major offshore wind projects in Northern Europe, and we have an ambitious strategy about further international growth in the coming years. You may choose freely to be based either at our office in Gentofte or in Skærbæk near Fredericia. You should, however, expect some travelling in Denmark and Northern Europe in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility As EPCI Offshore Project Manager, you will be responsible for all matters pertaining to project development and construction of wind farms. You will also be responsible for starting up the project where you will lay down the overall project requirements and manage time, budget, scope, vendors, deliveries, quality, tenders, contracts, claims, interfaces, HSE, resources, risks and stakeholders. In cooperation with the line organisation, you will ensure resources and team performance of project subgroups responsible for design, fabrication, installation and offshore hook-up and commissioning. Moreover, you will ensure technical documentation of the design, fabrication, installation and commissioning, safety philosophy, inspection plan, decommissioning and abandonment plan as well as the operation and maintenance manual for the platforms. You will also close down the project, finalise the CAPEX account and hand over the assets to our Operations departments. Throughout the entire duration of the project, you will be responsible for managing and motivating the project team, enabling them to become a high-performing team. You will also ensure that the projects are delivered within scope, on time and on budget. Your profile You have a degree in engineering within structural or offshore engineering and a certification in PMI PMP or IPMA level B/C. You will have extensive experience with EPCI offshore project management of multi-disciplinary, large-scale offshore construction projects. Preferably, you will be able to draw on EPCI offshore project management experience within the offshore wind or oil and gas industry, primarily focusing on management of external engineering consultants and external fabrication and installation contractors. You will thrive in a fast pace and enjoy working in a diverse international environment bringing together various employee groups, nationalities, cultures and authorities.
