Do you have solid business and IT insights? And would you like to build the long-term strategy for the use of our ERP systems while leading an international team of 15? Join an international project engineering company on their journey to become the energy sector’s first choice. As our new ERP Manager, you will join the IT department in Esbjerg, Denmark and head a team of 15 dedicated professionals, some based in Denmark, some in Manila. As such, you will be responsible for supporting our divisions regarding the implementation and use of our ERP systems and other business IT tools. Responsibility and tasks: Set the strategy and execute the plan. Your main tasks include assessing the long-term requirements from the business and setting the strategy and long-term plans accordingly. More specifically; You secure execution of planned ERP projects and roll outs to business units. This entails defining the data structure between ERP and PDM systems as well as securing integration You help define policies for data management within the ERP area Ensure updated agreements with all our vendors and organise the process owner organisation within ERP systems across the company Participate in meetings to make sure we adapt to the needs of the business, making suggestions for improvement while striving to create global alignment You will also be involved in organising training sessions and providing information to end users and IT staff Professional qualifications: Business and IT savvy with strong people management skills. You have at least 5 years of experience from a similar position in a large international company combined with solid IT experience and a good understanding of all aspects of ERP systems. Further qualifications highlights; You have a good understanding of the processes in a project driven company and you probably have a business degree on top of your degree in engineering or similar You have all the relevant certifications and educations within the ERP system and project management Fluent in English Your profile: As a person, you are out-going and a good communicator. With your strong business understanding, you are able to drive projects forward. At the same time; Creating alignment and process improvement while you always take the specific needs of the individual business areas into account. You are skilled within people management and have the cultural insights to collaborate with partners all over the world as well as to lead employees in both Europe and Asia.
