Alfa Laval Copenhagen A/S looking for: E&S Unit Manager, PWW The new PWW segment is looking for a talented, proactive and energetic E&S Unit Manager that can be part of driving the business development of engineered solutions and establish an organisation that delivers on project promises, time and time again. Your responsibilities . Leading the E&S Segment management team . Develop the organization to meet the business requirements with respect to solutions, capacity, competence and competitiveness on a global arena . Further develop E&S customer closeness approach during the sales phase as well as project execution . In collaboration with the Engineering, Supply & Governance organization contribute in defining and developing needed strategies, efficient work procedures, toolbox and securing effective implementation . Lead temporary formed teams and steering committees . Secure work is done within decided governance rules and guidelines, fulfilling promises . Resource management . Develop and maintain close collaboration with departments in the segments, the ES&G organization, Operations, Sales Companies and other relevant stakeholders . Be part of the PWW management team to guide the segment on strategic and operational issues for the best of Alfa Laval and PWW . Be part of the ES&G management team through dotted line reporting. Personal profile & qualifications . Proven management and leadership skills with strong business development capabilities . Engineering degree with strong experience and interest in business development . Solid and proven experience and success with complex E&S projects, preferably within Water and Waste treatment processes Good orientation within strategy processes . Team player and relation builder, with strong customer focus and good networking skills . High energy level and structured and systematic approach to work .
