We are currently looking for a European IT Quality, Security & Risk Manager for our European IT Organisation. This position ensures the compliance of the NNEU IT Organisation to all the internal Novo Nordisk and external IT quality-related procedures, regulations and laws. You will ensure a secured NNEU IT infrastructure and take actions to minimize the vulnerabilities and threats. Challenges: As position holder you will direct all Quality audits and tasks to ensure that the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information to end-users are not compromised and complies with the Novo Nordisk Standards. Further, you will ensure the rollout of global IT&Q processes in all European countries, IT QA for regional IT systems, create and maintain the NNEU IT quality and security framework. In this position you act as a NNEU IT advocate for information security and business continuity best practices. You will plan and develop the NNEU IT information security awareness strategy and best practices in support of the NNEU information security set-up. By collaborating with key stakeholders at NNEU & HQ level you will develop security and business continuity standards and action plans for NNEU. You will ensure that the NNEU IT environment complies with all internal and external regulations and laws. You will minimize information security risks by consulting with IT Security experts. In this position you represent NNEU in the IT Security and Quality Committees & projects, you will report to the NNEU ITC and MTE on IT Security and Quality areas and are a member of CRS focus group under External Affairs Qualifications: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience. English proficiency is required; other European languages are an advantage. You have ideally around 10 years’ of IT and business/industry work experience with focus on Compliance, Risk and Quality Management. You have a solid understanding of COBIT and ITIL.
