Executive assistant to R&T SVP, Research & Technology, Bagsværd We are looking for a new Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President and head of Novozymes R&T, Claus Crone Fuglsang, as well as the R&T Leadership team (RTLT). Novozymes R&T plays a key role in securing Novozymes’ strong platform as the world leader in bio innovation. More than 1000 dedicated R&T employees are collaborating in a global matrix at locations in Denmark, the US, Canada, China, Japan, India, Brazil and UK. You will assist the SVP of R&T with tasks such as preparing presentations and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be a key player in supporting RTLT, being responsible for driving the RTLT agenda, communicating decisions and ensuring successful decision implementation. In addition to supporting RTLT and the SVP, you will play a key role in taking care of various day-to-day administrative tasks as well as acting as a project leader on projects anchored centrally in R&T. You will report to the SVP of R&T and will be member of RTLT. In this position you need to: - Hold a scientific Master’s degree and experience from e.g. consultancy business - Have a flair for using IT tools - Be structured, agile and have a ’go do’ approach to things - Be comfortable juggling many tasks at the same time and enjoy a fast paced workday - Have the ability to easily build good relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, you can network and navigate in complex environments and you have good communication skills – not least in English Are you the next Zymer in our team?
