Would you like to be part of an enthusiastic and dedicated Executive Support team?As Executive Assistant to the Vice President in Market and Commercial Development your main task is to provide seamless, value adding and professional support. Your responsibilities will include:

- Calendar management

- Booking and coordination of meetings

- Preparation of agendas and pre-read material for meetings and other related practicalities

- Booking of flights, hotels and ground transportation

- Handling of internal and external requests from various stakeholders

- Handling of travel expences and other business administration

- Ad hoc tasks supporting the Market and Commercial Development leadership team

You will need to work independently in ensuring that all practicalities and administrative tasks are handled the best way possible. Since the role is a global role, you will get the opportunity to connect with people from all corners of the global LEGO® community. In addition, you are in an excellent position to gain a broad understanding of the LEGO Group and get extensive exposure within our organisation on a global level.

Executive Support Team

You will report to the Head of Executive Support and join a team of assistants who carry out many administrative and practical tasks to ensure the Executive Leadership Team can focus fully on leading the LEGO Group.

- Experience from a comparable administrative role for senior leaders, preferably in a bigger global organisation

- The ability to multitask, prioritise and being organised in your day-to-day work

- Are comfortable working with multiple, semi-defined and changing working tasks in an environment where priorities may change by the hour

- Are proactive and with a high degree of collaboration

- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively, leaving a lasting impression on those you engage with

- The ability to handle and maintain high-level of confidentiality

- Proficiency in MS Office programmes, especially Outlook and PowerPoint
