Do you want to use your service-oriented, communicative and systematic approach to provide superioradministrative support?

Join us and become Personal Assistant in Strategy & Business Development and Transformation & Operations where you’ll be responsible for providing administrative support for the Head of Strategy & Business Development and the Head of Transformation & Operations. Here you’ll be a natural focal point, ensuring smooth cooperation and coordination with internal and external parties. You’ll be using your experience and your proactive mindset and aspiration to be one step ahead at all times, coupled with your eagerness to overcome challenges on a daily basis. 

 

Your key tasks will be to

• provide support for ongoing managerial tasks, e.g. arrange and follow up on management and team agendas, support change management projects, support human resource activities, etc.
• arrange meetings and events with internal and external parties
• support different strategic projects, and thus assist with researching and analysing information as required
• provide support for creating meeting materials, presentations, proofreading, editing, etc.
• maintain and develop working relationships with various support staff members to maintain information flow and processes.

Further significant work tasks include managing and maintaining the Outlook inbox, travel bookings, handling expense reports and invoices, managing emails, telephone calls, greeting and offering hospitality to guests, etc. In addition, you’ll be working closely together with the PA supporting the CEO, and you’ll therefore also be assisting her on organisational projects.

 

Your competences include that you

• are detail-oriented, highly organised and can prioritise and manage your workload to meet deadlines
• are flexible, ready to pick up tasks that need completing and enjoy working at a fast pace and under pressure
• hold a relevant bachelor’s degree and have a proven track record of providing excellent administrative support
• have proficient IT qualifications – especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook; experience with SAP is an advantage, but not a requirement
• have great interpersonal/communication skills and speak and write English fluently.
