Inspiring and creative work environment The Fitting Solutions Requirements team consists of audiologists, graphical designers and user interaction experts. We contribute to the development and maintenance of Oticon’s fitting software by designing user-focused solutions and documenting these in requirements and design specifications. You can look forward to a challenging position where your main tasks and responsibilities are: . Represent the hearing care professionals’ point of view in the design of new fitting software features and agree on solutions with stakeholders . Document requirements for the fitting software and contribute to the design of the user interface . Answer colleagues’ and external partners’ questions related to the fitting software . Test new versions of the fitting software Some travel must be expected – about 5 days a year. Your background We expect you to have an education focused on audiology (e.g. ‘audiologist’, ‘audionom’, ‘audiologopæd’, ‘audiologiassistent’, ‘höhrgeräteakustiker’, or a related degree in hearing instrument acoustics). Your theoretical background is supported by at least 2-3 years of experience in fitting hearing instruments within the industry, hearing fitting clinics, ENT or diagnostics. Through practical experience, you have acquired a good understanding of standard computer programs (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) We value an analytical mind and your professional behavior can be characterized as structured, thorough and accurate. You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to drive and manage your work in close cooperation with many different stakeholders – across borders – and to document the outcome in a clear and accurate form. We expect you to speak and write English fluently.
