You will be a part of the William Demant Holding's R&D Amplifiers group, which have the responsibility for developing the electronics for our hearing aid solutions. Your main task will be to develop hearing aid electronics that include our next generation wireless technology - covering all steps from initial specification to handover for mass-production. Responsibilities The development of hearing aid electronics is done in a close corporation with our IC development group, antenna designers, mechanical groups and our production facilities. In order for you to be successful in this job, you must have the ability to collaborate, communicate and promote information across the organization in a clear and motivating way in order to enable all to meet their defined goals. The focus is on miniature integration of hearing aid electronics. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include: . Integration of analogue and digital electronics onto PCB . Integration of RF functionality in hearing aids . Design and layout for EMC robustness . Verification of amplifier electrical, wireless and EMC performance . Circuit evaluation including simulate . Drive and follow-up on own activities Do you see a match? You have +5 years’s experience from integrating electronics into commercial products - preferably with a B.Sc or M.Sc in Electronics Engineering. It is important that you have a strong experience from: . Customer driven product development . Driving electronics design and integration of components into complete PCB solutions. . Solving EMC issues Likewise we value experience in RF integration, knowledge of Bluetooth, wireless systems and EM field simulation. You are fluent in English which is our corporate language.
