Are you a senior internal communications expert? Would you like to manage internal communications in a large international consultancy with offices in 35 countries? Are you a leader? If you can answer yes to these questions, you may be the internal communications manager Ramboll is currently looking for. Your responsibilities as Internal Communications Manager As our Internal Communications Manager you will be responsible for driving internal communication at corporate level. In your day-to-day job you will work equally with strategic internal communications and have hands-on operational responsibility. It will be your responsibility to: •Lead internal communication planning and prioritization process at Group level •Implement and drive companywide cascading process •Plan and execution internal communication projects •Drive quarterly internal communication of financial results •Give sparring and advice to executive management about internal communication •Lead companywide network of internal communications professionals •Lead a team of 3-4 internal communications professionals •Develop and share internal communication tools and processes to be used in Ramboll •Oversee and manage internal communication channels. You and your competencies The ideal candidate has at least eight years of working experience from an international company, organisation or agency and holds a relevant Master’s Degree. You are an experienced internal communications expert with a proven track record in core internal communications disciplines ranging from strategy to leadership and change communication. Strong competencies in planning, process- and project management as well as the ability to lead a team are important to succeed in this position. Fluency in English – orally and in writing – is a must.
