- IT - Denmark - Bagsværd Do you want to play a key role in developing and improving the IT system management processes in the Danish laboratories (chemical and microbiological) supporting the release of insulin from the three Danish production Sites? Do you have a strong quality mind-set combined with a wish to provide broad support within IT quality management? Then you could be one of our new colleagues in DFP ManDev Business Support. About the department DFP ManDev Business Support is a new department to support the DFP Manufacturing Development organisation in relation to finance, IT, training, cLean and Project management. You will be part of a team with 3 colleagues working with IT. Your area of responsibility will be the laboratories. We are 370 employees in DFP Manufacturing Development with 200 employees in the laboratories. The job As IT system manager you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of all IT systems located and used in the laboratories as well as for the implementation of smaller IT projects and upgrades. You will be responsible for ensuring that the IT systems are in compliance with internal and external requirements (according to health authorities) and to ensure the validated state. As an IT system manager you will be the validation specialist for the IT systems you will be responsible for. You will be supervising the operation and maintenance of the IT systems, identifying new requirements and manage the expectations of customers, system owners and other key stakeholders concerning the use of the IT systems. You will communicate and collaborate closely with the key stakeholders including follow-up on vendor deliverables and services according to agreements. The IT systems are comprised of different vendor based solutions and are all related to our equipment for analyses. We have about 20 different IT Systems. Qualifications You have a strong background within computer validation or IT System Management, preferably with experience from the pharmaceutical industry. You hold a relevant academic degree, along with 5-10 years of working experience. As a person you have a structured approach to challenges, you have a strong quality mind-set and you enjoy providing support within your area of expertise. It is natural for you to take lead on key improvement activities, as well as presentation and reporting the progress to management. You are thorough and find it natural to work independently. You are fully proficient in English. Knowledge of IT security is an advantage. We have laboratories in both Bagsværd and Hillerød. The position is located in Bagsværd.
