Do you have a strong quality mind-set combined with a wish to provide broad support within IT quality management? Then you could be one of our two new colleagues in either CMC Clinical Supplies Business and IT Support (CSBITS) or in CMC API Development Technical Support. About the department CMC Clinical Supplies (CS) is responsible for filling, planning, packaging and delivering supplies for the clinical trials in Novo Nordisk. Located in Måløv, CSBITS is responsible for managing strategic projects and analyses that aim at increasing the efficiency of the clinical supply chain. CSBITS work analytically and data based and support CS Management with high quality decision support and solutions, and with responsibility for a number of IT systems. CMC API Development is responsible for developing robust and reliable API processes for the entire Novo Nordisk drug candidate portfolio. Located in Bagsværd, CMC API Development Technical Support has a dedicated IT and automation team securing the operation of the distributed control systems and building management systems at our facilities. The systems and its virtual infrastructure is a key element in the control of the production process and data management when making API for clinical trials. The job As IT system manager you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of several GxP critical IT systems located and used in different departments, as well as for the implementation of smaller IT projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that the IT systems are in compliance with internal and external requirements (according to health authorities) to ensure the validated state. As an IT system manager you will be the validation specialist for the IT systems that you will be responsible for. You will be supervising the operation and maintenance of the IT systems, identify new requirements and manage the expectations of customers, system owners and other key stakeholders concerning the use of the IT systems. You will communicate and collaborate closely with the key stakeholders including follow-up on vendor deliverables and services according to agreements. The IT systems are differentiated and can e.g. be part of a production control system, a facility control system or an inventory operations management system. In CMC Supply we have strong focus on ensuring the right level of IT compliance. As a part of this focus, we are managing a number of improvement activities from Bagsværd, which you will be part of as representative for CSBITS or CMC API Development Technical Support during the first 1½ years of your employment. After implementation of the improvement activities you will become the IT system manager in CSBITS or in CMC API Development Technical Support. Qualifications You have a strong background within computer validation, preferably with experience from the pharmaceutical industry. You hold a relevant academic degree, along with 5-10 years of working experience. As a person you have a structured approach to challenges, you have a strong quality mind-set and you enjoy providing support within your area of expertise. It is natural for you to take lead on key improvement activities, as well as presentation and reporting the progress to management. You are thorough and find it natural to work independently. You are fully proficient in English. Knowledge of IT security is an advantage.
