Help put People Analytics at the Centre of Business

The People Insights team enables data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. We provide critical support to the business around issues of employee engagement, measurement of HR processes effectiveness, and blue sky thinking and analytics for all people matters, e.g. voluntary employee turnover, succession, strategic workforce planning, leadership, diversity and much more – all with a strong focus on business impact, and always data-driven.

You will join a team of 3 dedicated colleagues at the Centre of Expertise for Organization Development. Here you will be working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, facing challenges with a sense of urgency, alongside leading People Analytics practitioners, as well as collaborating with the most advanced international peers in the People Analytics space. Alongside our strong focus on moving the business forward we value having fun at work and focus on initiatives that develop critical professional and personal skills.

Developing World Class People Analytics

Taking up the role as Lead People Analytics Specialist, you are expected to help drive and develop the People Insights function in Grundfos. We are still in the maturing phases of our journey but are continuously breaking new grounds.

In your daily work you will be a highly valued partner for stakeholders within the organisation and you will work as an expert problem solver utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods.

You will impact the company by empowering employees, leaders, and decision-makers by providing high-quality analytical reporting, analyses, and insights through building, developing, and automating data and prescriptive analytics solutions. You use analytical reasoning to identify problems, develop hypotheses based on both empirical and theoretical knowledge, and recommend viable solutions to business partners.

To succeed you must thrive shifting in working together with the team, stakeholders, and on your own.

We are looking for a profile with the right mix of experience, skills, and attitude. A person, who wonders "What if?", seeks out the solution and commits to helping implement and measure the effectiveness of the solution.

We imagine that you possess analytical capabilities and a focus to drive the business forward with a clear attention to details as well as a diligent, analytical, and curious mind. In addition, you are proactive and focuses on getting things done and can communicate with a broad range of stakeholders. Preferably, you have experience from an HR or People Analytics function either from an international or culturally diverse organisation or experience working with organisations in a consulting capacity, combined with associated academic qualifications

The ideal candidate has the following competencies and skills:

• Master's degree in Organizational Behavior, Personality Psychology, Social Psychology, Sociology, Behavioral Economics, Labor Economics, Business Intelligence, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Specialist knowledge and professional experience within People Analytics
• Understanding emerging trends in this field
• Ability to balance work that delivers on short-term needs and long-term requirements
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
• Self-driven, consistent performer
• Communicator and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Great consulting, client management, and project management skills
• Excellent analytical skills and self-driven using R, SPSS, or other statistical languages
• Experience translating technical information for a non-technical audience
• Fluent in both oral and written English – this is a prerequisite

The position is based in Bjerringbro, Denmark. Travelling in this position is expected to be 5-10 days per year.
